Buyer reviewPurchasing a house and/or land is one of the biggest investments people make in their lifetime. Having an experience team (Sarah Padgett) listen to want want and communicates each phase of process makes the experience less stressful and enjoyable with no buyers remorse!!

Seller reviewI had spoken to two other realtors before choosing Sarah Padgett. After meeting Sarah I chose her because she was very interested in the sale of my home. It didn't seem to make any difference to her if my house was a modest house as opposed to one worth much, much more worth in commissions. Sarah and her team were knowledgeable and very prompt in providing me with information.

Buyer reviewWorking with Sarah's team was an awesome experience for us. They took the time to listen to our needs, as well as our wants & help us find the perfect house for us. They truly cared about us & went out of their way to help like showing us houses 2 times in one day in some instances. They really took the time to answer any questions & were just awesome to work with. The agent we had previously seemed to be to busy for us, & we didn't feel like we were important to him. This was definitely not the case with Sarah & her team, we always felt like we were their #1 priority.
