Buyer reviewWe couldn't have asked for a more personable and most considerate realtor. Michael Lemley's smile, stretching from east to west, helped our family feel like we had known him for years. He communicated with me frequently and addressed our concerns without delay. I had researched homes on the market prior to actually deciding to persue the purchase of a home. I provided a list of homes I was interested in, and he set up the tours for the very next day. It did not take us long to decide on a home. The seller quickly accepted our offer. He was supportive in every way, especially during the underwriting process. He remained positive throughout the whole process. Michael was very attentive but also very considerate of giving us time for decision making. No pressure. We are grateful we experienced top notch customer service. My family will definitely recommend Michael Lemley to those seeking real estate services.

Buyer reviewFrom the get go she let us feel comfortable. Which to some it's what one needs to be more honest and upfront during this process. She assured us all the way thru that things are progressing as it should. Let me tell you we would be a bundle of nerves (she's got texts from us) lol and like always she would bring down that anxiety so we could continue with good faith knowing things will be ok in the end. I would respectfully use and refer Jessica to family and friends hands down! Plus she's funny and got my jokes ?
