She was knowledgeable in every aspect of the transaction, always available anytime, made a very appealing description on our home with a professional photographer(our complex wasn't very appealing really, but I thought we were living at the Hilton Hotel after I saw the spread on realtor.com...it was a very honest description, though). She was thoughtful, through and kind throughout the whole process. Our home sold in four days for cash. The last unit sold here two months ago took almost 60 days to sell. We highly recommend Sarah to everyone buying or selling in the DFW area!

Seller reviewThe week the house was listed it had a contract on it. I think the total time was 3 days. Great work from Sarah. I was referred by my brother and sister in law to Sarah. She was wonderful from start to end in the process and was very efficient with the process. Sarah was prompt answering questions, keeping me informed and assisting with all the paperwork. Selling the house was a seamless transition. I had limited dealing with Tiffany S. She was wonderful as well.
