Seller reviewThe time came to sell our home and buy another, and our agent was excellent! Sarah Padgett knows her business, and was on top of getting our home listed, getting offers together, negotiating special terms of our contract, all the way through closing and a leaseback period. She also tirelessly showed us at least 15 homes before we finally found the perfect home for us. She took great notes about what we liked and what we didn't like, and knew exactly what we would and wouldn't like about each house on our list. In the end, we found exactly what we wanted, and we were under contract within a day. Throughout the whole process, she was so easy to get in touch with, and so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Sarah is so great to work with, and I would never recommend anyone else for selling or buying a home!
