Buyer reviewWe were referred through USAA and had contacted her a couple of years ago but decided not to buy at the time. Sarah was very attentive but never pushy and very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole process hassle free and was very patient with our needs and wants. She was direct but never rude and made sure we got what we asked for. She was always friendly but very professional. She is still in contact with us months after the sale making sure things are going smoothly. We were nervous about trusting anyone but Sarah proved herself to be trustworthy and very hardworking. We will definitely work with Sarah in the future for our real estate needs and would recommend her to anyone in the area.

Seller reviewOurs was unique. We sold the house once and the contract was cancelled by the buyers bank because he bought a car. The second round of selling produced a buyer who agreed and then "felt uncomfortable" with the price he offered and re-offered at 15,000 dollars less than agreed. We had to move onto buyer number three. All the while, we had an agreement to buy a house with extra time on the contract. This was stressful. Sarah did a great job
