Buyer reviewWe were interested in choosing a broker who shared our level of enthusiasm and excitement about purchasing a first home. Our initial attempts at brokers lacked the level that we expected during the first few days of contact. Sarah, however, was very proactive in establishing communications, meet-n-greet and going over the whole process. From the word "go" Sarah seemed committed to our needs and wants and allowed us to be ourselves throughout the whole process very stress free. Sarah was very informative. She also took really good notes and made sure that she was documenting our comments and thoughts as we walked about the home. These notes then she would email to us that same day for our convenience even without us asking for them. She made every effort to stay available for us through the whole process and was super responsive to our needs and questions. The best part, was knowing that she was doing her best to get us a home we wanted not a commission. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase outside of our needs/wants.

Seller reviewSarah made the sale of our home a pleasurable experience and she was quick to get anything to us for signatures and approval. She communicated very well when it came to what was going on with the house and any delays that occurred because of the buyer so we were not left wondering what was happening. We also had unique circumstances with the showing of our home, as the selling process was right in the middle of my wife having a baby. Sarah was aware of this situation and was patient and helpful with showing and any other issues that came up. Sarah was professional and got us what we asked of the sale of our home, I would recommend Sarah to anyone buying a home in the Mansfield area.

Seller reviewSarah was always so polite and helpful. Whenever I had a question, she had the answer within the day. Although I know she has numerous clients, she always made me feel like I was very important to her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know who needs a realtor.

Buyer reviewThis was a long process with numerous roadblocks. We had to go to buyer number 3 during this ordeal. The first buyer bought a car and his bank pulled the contract. The second buyer decided he couldn't afford what he offered us initially. He came back with an offer 15000 dollars less than his initial signed contract. We had a back up 3rd buyer and that is who we sold the house too. We had to deal with and it was stressful. Sarah did a good job and said she had never seen this happen before. She was straight forward, answered every question during the initial meeting and knew how to deal with people.

Seller reviewSarah Padgett was great! Her feedback on the sales price was right in line with ours. A prior agent from another company not associated with C21 wanted to list our property for $16K less. Needless to say, we looked for someone else and thank goodness, found Miss Wonderful, Sarah. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family! Her associate Tiffany was wonderful also, great asset to Judge Fite! Very good communication and very professional. Thanks Sarah, well deserved commission!!!
