Seller reviewThere is a reason we have worked with Mike and his team on our real estate transactions over the past 19 years. Mike worked with us on our first home when there probably wasn't a whole lot of money to be made and we looked at a lot of homes. The relationship began there with his dedication to find us what we really wanted and seal the deal. We never felt pressured to settle and he kept showing us home after home until the perfect property came along. Considering that experience went well, we have always called upon Mike to work us through our next properties, land, etc. since then. We have mutual respect knowing that we know how each other operates, that we are always transparent, and that the right property will work out, eventually; it always has! We will continue to trust Mike and his team when another real estate transaction needs to be made!

He structured our offer in a manner that gave us the best possibility of acquiring the home. Not only did we get the house, but our offer was preferred over several "cash offers"! Buyer reviewMike was the best and most professional realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We weren't exactly the easiest clients to have but Mike never made us feel like we were too much. He was very quick to respond to any showings we requested and he was always prepared with the information we needed for the showings. After him showing us a out 20 homes we finally found the right one. He was perfect throughout the whole process even with having to deal with a wild seller. Even after the closing of the house he still is answering my questions and helping me with anything I might need. I could go on for days about how great he is. We really lucked out finding him and you will to once you hire him. Do yourself a favor and don't hire anyone but Mike Scheetz!!!! I KNOW I NEVER WILL
