The assisted with independent inspections and will be assisting us with the sale of our current home which we intentionally are delaying until later in the year. We have no reservations in our strong recommendation to use Mike & Melanie Scheetz for our friends and family. Incidentally, Mike Scheetz actually helped me review comps in our current neighborhood including real estate taxes paid and then assisted me to file for all of the appropriate exceptions when we were not even a former or current client which speaks volumes to his service mentality and character.
