Buyer reviewWe weren't going to actually buy for a few months more, but Julie was still very accomodating with showing us houses (we were kind of researching to start with). Julie helped advise when the house we wanted to look at had offers submitted - and she worked with us to build a good offer that was accepted by the sellers.

I was buying property from outside of the state and they made me feel as safe and comfortable with the home I was buying as possible, under the circumstances. Shelby visited each house I was considering and sent me videos of everything that I would have looked at myself. It was fabulous! Shelby was by my side (literally or figuratively) through the entire experience, even walking me through a carside closing when I got COVID just before that closing.
