Buyer reviewPam told us she was more interested in finding us a home versus selling us a house. I truly believe she meant that and it shows in her dedication to the client. Pam is a wonderful person and a great realtor...and I have never really liked realtors...especially the ones who open one door and make $17,000.00. Pam was so good to us and our kids while we were house hunting that we consider her a friend. She had an entire snack bar set up in her vehicle to make sure we (especially the kids) we comfortable. We only dealt with Pam. Pam does not need any help. She knows exactly what she is doing.

She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get directly involved in all aspects of the sale and marketing plan. She is also your agent 24/7 until your property closes.

Buyer reviewPam was great at walking us through the entire process. She was responsive to our requests and was available whenever text'd or called. She worked with my lender to ensure the process was progressing and the title company which resulted in a HUD being available 5 days before the closing date. She was very helpful in providing appropriate contacts to get estimates for repairs. She worked with the listing realtor to provide terms to get us the house on the first day of showing and get the offer accepted with other showing scheduled for later that day and we did not have to go into a multiple bid situation.
