The estimate she calculated initially on the property value exceeded my expectations; and to get $15K above what we asked is unreal. We had offers within the first 48 hours. With Stacey's guidance we are confident we accepted the correct offer and the process went exactly as she said it would. There is a reason Stacey is highly regarded. It's obvious she and her staff work hard to make things go very smoothly. Felt like we were first and foremost in their efforts to get the sale completed I can't say enough about this experience. Would rate higher than 10+ out of 10 if it was possible
