Seller reviewStacey is prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Stacey presented a selling plan that was easy to follow and it provided options for the sale. I chose an option, Stacey listed it and within days I had showings and within a week I had an offer. The whole selling experience was very positive and I would recommend Stacey to family and friends without hesitation.

Stacey was far above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for. Seller reviewWe experienced significant difficulties in the sale of our home when the original buyer essentially backed out. Stacey handled everything promptly and clearly. Although at the time the outlook seemed bleak, the entire situation turned out to be a blessing. We were back on the market in short order and had a much better buyer within 48 hours. The closing was fast and smooth. Throughout this entire process Stacey was honest, transparent, and very realistic. She has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with.
