Seller reviewAlthough we started our house sale with another agent, we didn't get any offers in 3 months. After switching to Stacey and having a different marketing plan we had more showings and did get an offer/sale. Changes in our neighborhood seemed to be working against us but Stacey managed to bring in the sale anyway. I would stronly recommend her to anyone - especially in dealing with the character homes in Appleton. Even after getting the offer, her expertise in getting a few items fixed from the inspection report once again showed her depth of knowlege in helping people get their properties sold to everyone's advantage.
