I have a busy schedule between family, work and overseeing an estate, but Stacey made it so easy for me when she communicated updates, ideas, offers and handling contracts. Listing the estate of a family member started with a lot of stress not knowing how any of the process worked. She was always there for us, helped us navigate some tricky relocation issues and had great historical knowledge on the complex where we purchased. Her local knowledge was superb, and she was very responsive as a go between for seller and buyer. After making the purchase seamless, she talked us through cost efficient modifications we could quickly make to the place. Finding somebody you can trust is never easy, but we did, and we will never need to look for another agent in Appleton again. Stacey will be our family's first and last stop whether we are buying or selling!
