Through their conservations with me when selling my house, I could tell immediately they understood the real estate business. Their years of services in the business showed in answering my questions about selling my house and taking me through the sell, itself. Not only did they show their intellectual ability in answering my questions, but they did so in a kind, caring and polite way. My feelings, my worries and my concerns always came first to them, and they gave me all the time I needed when asking them questions. They also had to travel a great distance to sell my house and did so with no complaints - they were so joyful to be in my hometown and to assist me. They also listen to me and were honest with me in deciding how much I should sell the house for and move the sell along in a timely manner. To them, my voice mattered. My house was around 100 years old and their percentage of the take for selling the house wasn't going to be a lot of money for them considering the price I could sell it at, but that didn't matter to them, they gave me 100 percent of their time and cared little that they would not get a lot of money from their hard work in selling my house. All that matter was the sale for me. Overall, Ashleigh and Shanel's business sense, professionalism, work ethics and kindness to me were powerful in the most gracious manner. They are a class act, and I would recommend them as realtors.
