They were very helpful in setting up the inspection of both the townhouses.I own and drive truck,so I didn't have a lot of time to set it up.As a African American male I feel Ashleigh and Shanel treated me with respect and dignity.

We moved 2.5 years ago from Arizona and did not have a good experience selling our home in AZ. Our realtor told us everything we wanted to hear but when it came time to sell everything changed with the contract. We were in a bind so we just went through wit it. We rented when we got to Minot because we did not want to deal with the "craziness" of buying again. This year when our lease was up the owner wanted to sell so we were forced to move out. We were not going to pay someone else's mortgage again so we decided to buy. One of my husbands coworkers said we had to use Ashliegh and Shanel! I called Ashliegh and the second I started talking to her I knew she was amazing! We were talking like we were "old friends" and in that conversation she found out everything she needed to help us find our dream home. She also did not seem "scared" when I told her we had to be in a home in less than a month and a half because our lease was up. They stood by us through the process and knew when we walked into a house if we were interested right away or not! They were excellent through the whole process and when we found our home we closed in "record timing." They did everything they could to make buying a home easy for us. We love Ashliegh and Shanel so much that my husband said if we had them as our realtors in AZ we would have bought right away when we moved to Minot!

Both were always super kind and patient when we talked with them. Ashleigh did work with us the most, and she was always making herself available for us from start to finish. Even after we closed on the home, she was super willing to respond to any questions we have because we had a special case where our mobile home was being moved, and we still had to maintain communication with the buyer about the status of everything getting off of our lot to be sure we weren't in violation of our lease. Even when it was no longer her responsibility, she was willing to help. I would recommend this team 50 times over. Thank you so much for always being willing to listen to us and guide us through our questions and concerns. This was our first experience doing anything like this and was very overwhelming, especially since we had to move out of state and couldn't be near the home. You went above and beyond.

Shanel Effertz and Ashleigh Collins were very helpful in helping us purchase our first home to also selling that home. They answer all our questions and made the purchasing and selling process simple. They answered all our questions and concerns.
