Even though I'm a licensed realtor, I chose to sell my property through Arnel due to other conflicting priorities at the time. We had great experience working with Arnel for the sale of our property. Since the property was occupied by tenants, it presented some challenges. However, Arnel managed the whole process very smoothly (for us) and he was even helpful in getting some work done to prepare the house for selling and coordinating showings with tenants.
