I was selling property of my deceased aunt as an executor of her will. I live two hours away, and have great difficulty traveling to Sacramento. The house needed work as my aunt couldn't keep it up as well as she would have liked to. I chose Arnel because an internet search showed him to be the busiest guy in the area. I figured he must be doing something right. I needed to be able to have him handle pretty much everything since I was so far away. He was my eyes and ears in Sacramento. I do believe that Centuary 21 is very selective when hiring their sales and office staff and that is the reason that I called Centuary 21 in the first place. Fortunately, for me it was Arnel Augustin, who called me back after I left a message. I contacted 4 companies and only heard back from 2 in a timely fashion, and 1 never returned my call. Arnel was caring, knowledgable, prepared and understanding of where I was coming from in selling a property that had been in our family for over 90 years. His business practices made the listing and sales experience problem free, speedy and easy for our family. He also was willing to go the extra mile to do whatever was needed to make it easy for all concerned. An added bonus was that Arnel Augustin, is an expert in the location of our property. He also had a list of potential buyers for our property and he wasted no time executing his marketing strategy, which made for a quick and painless sale. Another plus is, Arnel has great communication skills and the ability to employ electronic aids that helped in the exchange of information and paper signing which was very valuable to me, being that I live about 90 miles away, in the North Bay.

Our short-sale case was so special. Without the help of Arnel Augustin and his team, my wife and I would still be stuck in limbo. Arnel was great to work with from beginning to end. The whole potentially stressful process went smoother than I could have imagined and actually was not that stressful at all. Buying or selling a home can be a very long and emotional process. Arnel is very knowledgeable at what he does and he took the time to explain to me the process of going through a short sale.
