Seller reviewJim helped me buy the house in 2013, then helped me sell it in 2016. He is excellent. Jim sold my house in 5 days for 3k over the asking price, 60k more than I paid for it 2.5 years prior. Jim is the greatest! According to his sales record he usually works with higher priced homes (350k-1mil) however both times I worked with Jim he put a lot of time and effort into helping me even though I am beneath his typical price range. He gave excellent advice and if it weren't for Jim, I couldn't have had such a great outcome. Jim is wonderful! I am really happy with my experience working with him two times. I hope you guys know what a great agent you have working for you! I would recommend Jim to anyone.
