Seller reviewI would and have already recommended Bill Oaks for other people thinking of selling their homes. If I was to need to sell again he would be the first and only phone call I would make. He answers quickly and explains every thing so someone who has never been through this understands.

Buyer reviewBill is very easy to work with. All transactions went smoothly.He was also accommodating of my schedules, as I could be present only in the weekends and holidays for property showcase. He would be willing to work even during weekends/ Easter holiday to look for houses. Bill provides reliable professional information. He tries to know you and keeps your goals/ values in mind while selecting and showing houses. If you want professional services in a personal manner, the agent to go would be Bill Oakes.

The two biggest things were his knowledge of the local market, and I felt right away that I could trust that he had our best interests as priority. I usually don't give "excellent" on surveys, but I honestly could not find a fault in any of areas. This was our first home buying experience and everything went extremely smooth. We felt well informed and well taken care of throughout the whole process.
