Buyer reviewBill Oakes was so helpful to us as we relocated to Bemidji. I could tell that he cared about our whole family's transition to Bemidji, and that we found happiness here in this community, beyond just finding us a home. He understood our needs and worked to find us what we were looking for, but beyond that, he made it known that he was available if we needed anything in the future, or had any questions about our new hometown. I would definitely work with Bill again, and would refer him to anyone in need of a realtor.

Although not ready to purchase at that time, he knew what I wanted, kept in touch, showed homes, gave his time, gave me an real estate education so I was able to make the best decision for me. Found him to be honest, truthful, took me thru process step by step, his knowledge was valuable. Buying, selling, moving is a huge event. He was kind, and considerate. I would and have highly recommended him. Hopefully I will never move again, but by slim chance I did, I'd' want him in my corner again.
