Seller reviewThe buyer of our home had requests that were beyond the inspection time frame, Bill was good in advising how to respond if we were not sure which direction to go. Appreciated his honesty and how he always left us feeling like we could make the right decision.

Buyer reviewKnowing how quickly the market was turning houses we were having a hard time finding one, we were feeling a little stressed with the time frame but he was able to calm our nerves by telling us that new listings posted daily. He would keep looking and encouraged us to keep looking as well. Many homes needed a fair amount of work and he was good to point out things that might be of concern, we appreciated that. We were able to relate to his sense of humor which also made the process fun.

Seller reviewMy wife and I have known Bill Oakes for years, so we requested his services in selling our house with confidence that he would do an excellent job. Our expectations were fully satisfied. Bill served us both professionally and in a warm and friendly manner. At the beginning he informed us what the sales process would involve, and he carefully and thoroughly made recommendations about what we needed to do in order to sell our house. I had no idea the process would involve so many steps, but Bill walked us through each one starting with the listing of the property and continuing until the closing. I can recommend Bill without any reservations.

Seller reviewBetsie Curb is always working for us! Betsie has sent messages, I saw this and I remember how you mentioned, you liked this. It is a nice feeling knowing, she remembered something I had pointed out. thoughout our house search, she has dropped everything to be there for us. If I have asked to see a home sometime this weekend, she will say anytime, pick a day/time. She has a gift for sharing her vision of what a house could be or how to improve space. As well as, pointed out things to think about, that I would have never thought about. Such as, storage, lighting and things I would be disappointed in later, for not thinking about! Incredibly, knowledgeable about all aspects of a home. While I would be interested more in the astetics of a home, she would be discussing shingles, water and heating with my husband. Thank you Betsie for all you do!
