We contacted her in July 2016 when we were first house-hunting in the Jacksonville area and kept in touch as we prepared to sell our property in MD and search for a property on Amelia Island. We met in February 2017 and looked at serveral properties, eventually narrowing the search down to the top two. She was patient, thorough and helpful and provided lots of local assistance (insurance advice and phone numbers for local utilities). Overall Jackie was excellent!
