The builders have not been easy to work with, and did not want to finish the remaining work in a timely manner. Jackie displayed true professionalism in what she does by getting and keeping these builders moving forward. She also was very easy to work with as a first time home buyer. I asked her to "dumb" everything down for me since it was my first purchase, and she did just that.
