When some minor repairs needed to be done for the house prior to closing, Brittany took care of everything from finding the handyman to following up on the completion of the work. Even after closing, she continued to be there for me and help with anything the house needed. Not being able to move down to Florida immediately after buying my house was very difficult and caused a lot of anxiety. However, with Brittany's help, that burden has been lifted off my shoulders.
