Seller reviewAll of our dealings were with Agent Savannah Daugherty. She was OUTSTANDING, always patient and helpful. We would recommend her highly to anyone. She made us feel our listing was important to her and I am sure she had more valuable properties to work on. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Buyer reviewWe are not local so we have been truly grateful for the tremendous effort Jackie and Brittany undertook to get this sale completed. They make such a great team! The seller was also not local so Jackie did so much for both us and the seller. She gave us easy access to the house and was so patient with our requests for ' one more visit' she had to co-ordinate with so many people on our part. Even the actual paperwork and sales process was almost seamless ( a survey was the glitch and out of her control). When we hit a deal breaking situation that almost broke my heart, Jackie swiftly ( I mean at light speed) killed that problem and was there at each step to be sure it was completely and clearly resolved. Compared to other property transactions we have experienced, this one was just easier on us. Jackie addressed our concerns swiftly and I have said this to her and Brittany several times - they went beyond my hopes or expectations. I am really happy Jackie will be my neighbor.
