Dina kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. She made recommendations to us to help us show the house in the best light possible since she had experience knowing what the current market is looking for in a vacation home. Dina had contacts with contractors so that if work had to be done, she knew reliable people who would do the job. It made things easy for us. There was another broker involved with the sale, so Dina did an excellent job dealing with the buyer through him. It can make things a little difficult.
