Buyer reviewFrom Turkeys to Dream houses..... This my second time using Kevin as my realtor. Kevin sold my rental condo two years ago in a depressed area of Colton, Calif. The transaction was professional. Kevin paid careful attention to my real estate needs and even sold my condo for $5000 over asking price. Now to our next dealing with Kevin. My wife and I wanted to get out of Indio, Ca and the desert heat that comes with it. We wanted to be closer to our children in the Riverside area. I called Kevin and asked him to represent us in buying a home. Even in the new era of Covid 19 restrictions, Kevin enthusiastically said yes. Within days he was showing us homes. My wife found a home online in Beaumont, Calif. and asked Kevin to do some investigating on the home. A few days later Kevin showed us the Beaumont house. My wife and I fell in love with the house. The next day with Kevin's assistance we made an offer on the house. Kevin's knowledge of the area and outstanding negotiating skills were very impressive. We closed on our "Dream" house a week ago ( 5-18-2020). We are very grateful to Kevin and his team. Kevin found us a great mortgage broker. When our initial home insurance company bowed out of the deal, Kevin found us a very personable insurance agent. Every step of the real estate transaction was flawless.
