Buyer reviewms johnston and the staff at 21 office could not have been more helpful, or more knowledgeable about the process, went out of they're way numerous times- ( for a low commission sale) I was treated as if it was a million dollar sale- I was very pleased with the process and the result. above par, a real pleasure to deal with a professional who clearly enjoys her work. i'd still be stuck in new orleans without her assistance. No complaints. no hassles or drama.

Seller reviewLorna Johnston and Scott Johnston went beyond my expectations during our sales process of our home. It was truly a pleasure to work with these two individuals. Their expertise was remarkable. We had a few delays that were beyond our control as well as theirs and they made sure that we understood in great detail what the next step was. They continued to follow up daily and sometimes 2 or 3 times daily to give us an update to ease our minds. And when a property's condition is an issue, Lorna and Scott Johnston have extensive remodel expertise to offer suggestions on possible risk and cost factors for us to consider. It is rare to find a service level like what we were shown. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
