Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer, I really counted on Lorna's help with the entire process. She was very friendly and helpful. She had a great working knowledge of the market and things to look for and questions to ask. She is very detail oriented which raised my comfort level knowing she was being diligent during the tours looking for any possible areas of concern. I would recommend Lorna to anyone in the market for a home and would also feel confident listing a home through her as well. Lorna and her team went way above and beyond my expectations!

Seller reviewLorna helped us buy our home, and then sell it quickly when we had to move unexpectedly a couple years later. Most of the process had to be taken care of remotely (on both the buying and selling) due to us being out of town on both occasions - but that was no issue, as she took care of absolutely everything for us! We couldn't be happier with the service she provided us! When buying the home she dropped everything and showed us multiple places on a holiday weekend and was tuned in to exactly what we were looking for. When selling, she and Scott put together a very thorough market analysis and plan quickly. She was available to us night and day for anything we needed. She has extensive knowledge of the area, providing us with critical information that we couldn't have gotten anywhere else. We needed some jobs done after moving in and before moving out, and she always knew just who to call to get the jobs done quickly and at a good price. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to either buy or sell a home!

Buyer reviewWe previously dealt with Scott who took the time to show several properties when we first moved to Aberdeen. At the time, we decided to postpone any home search / buying. When the time became appropriate, we resumed home showing and viewed a home being shown be Scott. Location was the most important consideration for us and decided to work with Scott and placed an offer which was accepted and subsequently completed the purchase. Scott was the ultimate agent who took the time to answer any and all questions and made the process of buying very easy. Thank You Scott for your efforts.
