Buyer reviewBeing a first time home buyer, I was pretty picky on the home I would be purchasing. Lorna took the time and was patient with me in every aspect of the home buying process. She always kept me up-to-date on the next steps and answered all my questions. She truly puts the customer first. She is an expert in her field, and I loved the fact she would draw my eye to details. I learned so much from her! She is not in it for the sale, but she is truly wants you to love the house you are buying and be satisfied with the purchase. She understands the importance of your needs as a customer, and she helps you find a home not a house. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience. I took a home buying class, and it seemed intimidating and daunting to continue on buying a home. Lorna helped to talk about the strengths and the downfalls of the houses I looked at. Her service was extremely quick. I would text, email, or call her, and she was always there to answer any questions or show me a home. I did not feel she was trying to sell me a house. I felt she had my best interest at heart, and she helped me find a beautiful home in my price range. I am so happy to have had Lorna as my realtor. Someday when I look to move there will be no one else I would want showing my home or helping me find a new home than Lorna. I was truly blessed to find such a great realtor.
