Seller reviewFrom past experience with Lorna we knew that she would understand our needs and do her best to accommodate them. Lorna was very patient with us. We had to move early to begin a new job, so Lorna was extremely helpful in keeping us updated and by handling things in Aberdeen. Lorna and Scott are both very knowledgeable in everything about the area and real estate in general. They put together a comprehensive sales plan and market comparison report in a very short period of time, and the results were dead on. The house went up on the market and two days later we had an offer. This took a lot of weight off our minds as we had to move so early to get started on a new career over 200 miles away. Her expertise and understanding of our situation was very comforting in that we did not have to worry about the minor details, because she had them covered. She always kept us up to date an any changes or any other information that we needed to be aware or.

Buyer reviewWe looked at over 40 houses I think, as we changed our intention she adapted. We ranged from $300,000 houses to $120,000. As we came from a much lower cost of living area we had a hard time dealing with house prices in this area. Lorna worked with us on this and was willing to be flexible as we changed our mind several times. I can't remember 1 time she didn't answer her phone or call back within 10 minutes weekdays weekends alike. Our unease she took as her own unease and helped us through the process so we understood and could relax. For anyone buying a home it is a big commitment, Lorna took the detail stress away with great info and reassuring calls to keep us informed through the hole process.
