Buyer reviewLorna Johnston always replies to texts, calls and emails promptly. You can tell that she cares about her clients and is genuinely interested in being their advocate. Lorna is also very flexible and open to a customer changing their minds about something. She returns calls and texts right away, even from on the road and late at night. She also spends time very wisely and doesn't waste a second either visiting a property or on the phone, and she is always in a good mood. When there is a problem with anything, she steps up to the plate and handles it no matter what. So as the buyer, I didn't feel alone or pressured because she was my advocate. The only reason my wife accepted the job offer at Northern State Univ is because Lorna successfully helped us put an offer on a real nice house during our house hunting trip. She showed us a bunch of different kinds in various locations, but there was one in particular that was a great price nearby the university, and so because Lorna took the time to write up a formal offer before we left back to the airport, we felt that buying a house in Aberdeen was simply in the cards and meant to be. Designing the magnetic calendar and post cards with a picture of our house to mail out to people we know for change of address purposes was a much appreciated delightful and creative idea. Lorna is an excellent realtor with impeccable business etiquette. She is also kind, warm hearted and friendly, making the home shopping experience fun and pleasant. Being a buyer from across the country, I absolutely had the best realtor helping us out because she was highly involved with the whole buying process, worked closely with the local banker and just made the whole home buying process a smooth, easy process. Hence, I would highly recommend Lorna to others relocating from out of town, whether they work in healthcare or at the university. She will offer all of her help and will not let anybody down, and Century21 should be honored to have her.
