Seller reviewI found Rita very informative of the homes in the area and very knowledgeable. She knew the market and was up front on what to expect the property would sell for. Due to the circumstances of the property for sale I couldn't have been more pleased with all her help. She certainly went over and above expectations. As stated above her characteristics were above and beyond. No only did I have a great agent, I have a great friend. This was a very difficult situation, losing my friend and being her personal representative. Rita came to the rescue and was with me through the entire ordeal and helping me to prepare the property for sale. I can't begin to say how thankful I am. I couldn't have found a more caring and knowledgeable person to be my agent.

She is there to guide you through the process which can be a challenge at times as we found out on a previous home.
