Seller reviewRita was referred to me by her co-agent Leah Krueger, who had been referred to me by my prior realtor Rick Thornblad, who had retired. Both were extremely knowledgeable and worked extremely well with me for a successful outcome. The outcome was, however, delayed because of a couple of title issues with the property and the mobile home. With Rita, Leah and Stewards Title all issues were resolved and now, with a balloon final payment scheduled in 3 years, the process will be completed. Thanks to both of them.
