She sold me my first home and helped me sell it 5 years later. Amber helped us sell our cabin in Heber recently. I searched on Facebook for someone who was familiar with the area. Her knowledge and experience with the cabin community was critical in listing & selling it. She was able to sell it very quickly at a great price. Because of this positive experience we decided to enlist her help again to sell our home of 30 years & find something better suited to our age and with space to entertain our growing family. She handled both of these transactions with competence and attention to details. With her humor, patience and calmness it was stress free for us. We found a perfect home in Highland and she guided us through the process of making the offer. She then helped us list our current home and within hours there were multiple offers. She examined each and advised us on accepting one. We closed on both homes on the same day and then moved into our new home in Highland. After working with Amber on 3 transactions I can certainly recommend her to others. She's competent and will not miss a single detail. We now consider her a friend and will stay in touch with her! In choosing a realtor you need someone who will always put your needs and wants first-not simply try to get a sale to put themselves ahead. Amber understands that her clients come first and she tries to accommodate them in any way that she can. Her advice is always geared to what's best for them! After 3 transactions in 3 months I hope we're in this home to stay, but if by chance I ever find it necessary to move I'll certainly call Amber again!

Amber was great to work with when we sold our house she was on top of all the details making a stressful time easier, when we bought a condo she was on top of all the details as well as going above and beyond helping us with our due diligence and arranging the closing.
