Seller reviewSelling a manufactured home in a 55+ community is a complicated process requiring much special knowledge. Real Estate Agents who are quite adept at selling built in place homes in non age restricted neighborhoods often fall short when faced with FHA, VA, Conventional loan requirements for manufactured homes, insurance differences, inspections, and many other factors. It is worth your while to do business with someone with a long history, across the board familiarity, and a proven sales record of success in the particular neighborhood. When I see a For Sale sign go up from JUST ANY BROKER I immediately say, "Uh Oh, here comes trouble.
