As a first time home buyer, the uncertainty/ fear/ confusion is REAL. TRUST is something I would like to hold on to. I want to be taken cared of because getting my first home is a major decision that I should be proud of in this life's journey. DEEDEE made all the uncertainties disappear. When we sat with her, the connection is real. I was like a family. There is so much passion in what she does. My trust is unwavered . Deedee went over and beyond of what is expected. I now have a home! Deedee will always be a family... forever.

Rosie Lombardi did a great job of marketing our property. Great staging of the house and photographs for advertising. She had a buyer ready to make an offer as soon as the property was listed for sale. Rosie said that she would not be taking any offers until the Wednesday after the Sunday Open House. The Open House was well attended, and the prospective buyers attended it as well. They were very interested in purchasing the house and as a result made an offer above the asking price. Well done, Rosie!!

I could not be happier with Dee Dee's performance and her dogged attention to detail. Dee Dee worked around the clock to ensure that this deal would close, as well as that I was being treated fairly throughout the process. Dee Dee was able to give me her own opinion and insight, without making me feeling pressured or swayed in decision making. If Dee Dee had not been as proactive as she was, by letting me know about potential properties coming on the market before their actual For Sale date, I would have had little chance at finding a home in the location that I did. Dee Dee works nonstop to ensure that her client is happy, supported, and in the best possible position as a buyer. I was so happy to have someone who worked as quickly and efficiently as I do, constantly reminding me of deadlines, due dates, and to stay positive. I was scared to start the process as a first time buyer, but now that the deal is accepted and closed, I feel confident and prepared to take on the responsibility of a home and mortgage. I could not have done any of this without the support and consistent hard work of Dee Dee Lombardi.
