Buyer reviewBring new to the area I went with Rosie Lombardi as she was #1: the realtor on the yard sign and #2: stayed with her because she was forthcoming with the realities of the market and what the property would require for improvements including cost estimates. She was confident and always just stated the facts letting me process my own decision. Never rushed me, always available, and saw the big picture on my behalf when I couldn't for myself. Great eye for detail, catching many items I didn't notice. I've never been more comfortable in such an important transaction as this than I was with Rosie Lombardi!

She was my realtor when I bought the house she just sold for me, is my realtor in my search for a new home---I trust her implicitly. Her depth of knowledge not only about realestate, but about all the properties in our area is astounding. Rosie is the best! See previous comments. She ans Dee Dee are exceptional. This was an emotional transaction. Both Rosie and Dee Dee were compassionate, understanding, professional, caring and I couldn't have made it through this without them!!! Everyone involved in this transaction provided stellar service. Della, Rosie, Dee Dee are my dream team. If there was anything higher than excellent I would have selected that. I felt so well taken care of and in the most capable hands while working with Rosie.

Dee Dee and her office staff/broker closed our deal in 30 days. Unheard of ..... I had my keys to our new house on the 30th day!! Buyer reviewAs first time homebuyers and newly married couple buying a house seems a bit scary. Deedee guided us through every step of the way. She was always available to help no matter what time of day. My husbands a fireman and his schedule can't always be the easiest, but she was able to always keep us informed always be ready to show us houses. She found us our dream home. If we ever were to buy again or sell we will definitely go with Deedee.
