Seller reviewThe housing market is crazy and navigating it can be overwhelming having Randy & Kevin to help you through it makes so much more bearable. Having agents that care and know the community and have the best interest of all is really a unique quality and it is so appreciated. Randy was open to any thoughts that I had about listing the house and advertising. We felt heard and understood. Randy was really compassionate when it came to any special requests we had about selling as well. Really awesome to work with someone that makes you feel understood!

Buyer reviewHad a great experience with Kevin and his son Randy. They were extremely helpful, nice, and you could tell they cared about me as a buyer/client. I didn't feel pressured nor did I feel as if they didn't take me seriously. It was a very pleasant experience. In the past I have attempted to buy a house and it did not go smoothly. My realtor was great too then, but there were other factors that somewhat turned me off of the process. However working with the Porizeks has completely changed my outlook. I will definitely be referring them to a few friends looking to buy soon, and I also will use them again when I plan to add another piece of real estate. Again, couldn't have gone with a better team!
