My brother had the opportunity to meet with Dawne and was impressed with her knowledge of the area, professional demeanor, etc. He thought she could get the job done. And she did! She talked us through the whole process from cleaning out the house, finding a buyer, getting all the documents signed... Everything went smoothly! We were impressed! Seller reviewThis was a difficult property to sell. Great house, nice neighborhood but less than desirable location on a freeway service drive. They were not our first realtor and after a while, both Mike and Dawne took selling the house as a personal challenge and bent over backwards to make it happen.
