I called Mike and Dawn Ripinski in late July asking him to locate a Condo for me in the Royal Oak, Berkley and Clawson area. Within a few hours Mike called me with some addresses and descriptions and we selected a couple units that I would be interested in seeing. Early the next day, I had an appointment for the same day. My wife and I loved the Condo and asked Mike to draw up an offer which he did that night. We went to Mike's office that same night and signed the purchase offer. Thirty Six hours later, Mike called to tell me our offer was accepted by the seller. The purchase offer was made on July 25, 2017 and the closing was held on August 4, 2017, just 11 days, Mike and Dawn Ripinski walked me through the entire process beautifully. I cannot say enough for the way Dawn and Mike from Century 21 handled this entire purchase, from the showing, inspection, negotiating, and final closing. Very professional, attentive to our constant phone calls, and respectful throughout the process. Without question, Jennie and I would use them and Century 21 again.
