Buyer reviewDawne prepared comparative market analyses regarding rents in certain locations we were considering a rental purchase to help determine potential cash flow. Very Helpful! Dawne was there for us every step of the way, which was a challenge due to the fact we were exchanging investment properties. There were time limits involved to defer taxation, and Dawne was sensitive to all the details. Even after closing, she continued working with local building and zoning officials to make sure we got the proper licensing. Thank you so much!

When buying, we went out and viewed houses only twice. The first day, she showed me some decent places. When we went out the second day, she had really grasped precisely what I was looking for and just hit a home run finding me exactly the right place. Dawne has continued to follow up with us after the sale. If we left a message because her phone was busy the wait to hear back from Dawne was very short, usually within minutes. Great all around experience.
