Mimi got us $30k over asking and made it work She always returns phone calls and takes care of business we had a back door broken in while in escrow. Staff dealt with it quickly and fairly Mimi sold 2 properties for us at or above asking price. Both were handled professionally and quickly. I alway felt that I was in the loop on things happening.

She did not pressure me in a situation where we needed to move quickly, instead just gave me candid objective advice. We had a short close and generally simple purchase process, with a few twists and turns, which Holli helped me navigate effectively.
