Our closing date moved up a few days and Mimi and Phil made special efforts to support us in getting the house cleaned and personal items donated after we left. Mimi even helped us pack. The buyer was very pleased and the transaction went smoothly. Although our home was on the market for ten months, Mimi's knowledge and guidance helped us price it to sell in a market of a surplus of higher end homes with fewer buyers. We highly recommend Mimi.

Seller reviewWe met Mimi at our uncles home who had recently passed. At the time we had three properties to sell. Mimi and her husband checked out the house on Heilman and then the house on Heritage. The Woodpecker home had a family renting. Mimi sold our Heilman house in less than a week. She was very aware of the laws of the trust sale and everything went very smoothly. Woodpecker sold in less than a week also. We are very thankful to have found someone who was such a big help. We would reccommend Mimi to anyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a home.
