A change in circumstances required me to sell that house (while living overseas). Terry helped me immensely during that transition, and again to buy a home when we moved back to Bismarck. So there was no doubt in my mind who my realtor would be when we moved between houses in Bismarck. Terry Stevahn has proven multiple times of his work ethic and has earned my respect and trust.
