Buyer reviewTerry provided excellent assistance to us, as we were out of the area and could not physically tour our home before we put an offer on it. He was willing to do a video tour and went back to the property a few times to photograph, video or otherwise look at things we had questions on. He referred us to some great inspectors and title company that did a great job. If anyone is not local and wondering about who to do their leg work, Terry is the person to turn to. He has extensive experience, and knows the local market well, so could answer all our questions.
