Claudia Snow was emphatically recommended by our banker. She was more than right. This was an estate sell. As I live in MD I would not be able to go to AR due to work. Claudia did everything, hired contractors, met with inspectors and utility companies to ensure the property was the best it could be with the money avilable on hand. We even had money left. Claudia's dedication to her client was surprising, she was "on it" through her vacation cruise as I was contacted twice from the ship. I fell that we got the best deal possible for this property. I was more than impressed with Claudia. With 24 years serving in the United States Marine Corps I can expect a lot. Claudia exceeded my expectations. Claudia Snow has my highest recommendation.

Claudia and Jared are the perfect team. Even though I was ready to downsize, it was still a tough process, but they made it as easy as possible. It's hard to go through your house and a lifetime of belongings, to choose what pieces you want to keep. They were very patient with me during the process, I never felt rushed. They also kept my wishes and my feelings in mind the whole time. When it came to showings, they made certain they were scheduled during times that fit my schedule to be away from the house and they handled every detail. The pictures they took of the property are so stunning, that I'm even having them added to a keepsake album. Thank you Claudia and Jared for guiding me through this process!

I interviewed three great lady brokers with fabulous reputations and records. All did research and made excellent suggestions for my particular situation. Claudia was the best prepared with the easier to review stats and information professionally presented. She also seemed genuinely interested in historic homes and their unique properties. Best of all Claudia is a happy, always optimistically problem solver which I came to rely on throughout the process. This was a long distance sale so I had to leave Claudia a number of unfinished projects. She went the distance and handled all of them which included repairs, getting estimates and follow through to improve the property and handing off the estate sale of items left in the home. She happily worked with me via email and phone to achieve a fast and satisfactory sale. I am much indebted to Claudia for such personalized service. I definitely would highly recommend Claudia. Claudia's estimate for the sale price was higher than other estimates. She was more than willingly to consider lowering the asking price to motivate a quick sale. I believe she placed her client's interest above her own which is a highly admirable quality in the tough real estate business.

Claudia met every expectation. My family has dealt with her before and I was so happy I would get to deal with her on a personal basis. She was kind and patient when we needed education on certain matters. While touring houses she was quick to show us things that first time home buyers wouldn't normally notice that helped with our decision. She was always easy to get ahold of and my husband and I pertically liked being able to text her for quick questions. If we are ever in the market again we will seek her expertise.
