We needed an agent that understood our needs in a home and was able to work with our tight timeline of when we wanted to look at homes and when we needed to close by. We had only one day to look at houses and she made sure we saw 15+ homes and arranged all of that in a short time period, scheduling everything so we made the most of our short trip to Texarkana to search for a home. Claudia was very timely in responding to calls emails and texts because we bought while we didn't live in the area and Claudia was reachable at all hours of the day and night. Claudia made us feel like lifelong friends from the moment she introduced herself to us and treated us as family during the entire process. Claudia's knowledge of the local area and all things around town was just what we needed to hear when looking at homes and driving around the area. Claudia provided many recommendations on any stores or places we inquired about. Since we have closed Claudia has continued to help out with random questions we hve about the area and utilities and services in the area. It will be hard to ever beat the home buying experience we had with Claudia.

Listed our land with Claudia and Jared that we were having difficulties selling. They promptly found buyer and we were able to complete our sale!
