Seller reviewI enjoyed working with Claudia. I felt she was knowledgeable about the market and handled the sale of my home quickly and efficiently. The sale price she recommended was actually quite a bit higher than I would have asked if I were selling on my own, and we got a full price offer from the buyers! I would definitely use her again if I were to need the services of a real estate agent.

From the outset she promptly answered our emails, followed up our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner and was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about both the properties and areas we looked at. She made the whole process a very positive experience and went the extra mile to help us on more than one occasion! We would have absolutely no qualms about recommending her and her office - they were a delight to work with. Buyer reviewI found several of Claudia's properties that had already sold when I checked on them but I looked her up and she seemed like she would be a nice person to work with and also had a great sales history. Claudia has great "attention to detail" skills and had many ideas on ways to make the properties we viewed fit what I was looking for. She also pays attention and learns what her clients are looking for in order to select the properties to view that best fit their needs and wants. It was great working with her!

Seller reviewI knew from doing a little investigating that Claudia Snow was a working agent. I knew she had sold a neighbor's home a few years ago and Claudia sold it in a timely manner and was extremely professional. Besides getting the house sold Claudia always returned my phone calls. I'm from out of state and had a few extra questions and Claudia answered them with great guidance and patience. Claudia truly does stand out as as exceptional agent.
